You can use a fine spray handle on your hose to lightly mist the seeds. Also make sure that there is no water clogging or else the seeds may get decayed and will not germinate. It will help to water the soil once each day n the morning till the soil is moist.
Sometimes the water may contain huge amounts of chlorine. In these cases you may require to filter the water for chlorine.
You may use the grass fertilizer that works well with a number of grasses. Spot treat any weeds that appear on the golf greens.
