Golf greens need proper care and maintenance to stay green. Proper watering is the basic thing to keep the golf lawns green. Proper and regular fertigation is also essential in keeping the golf grass green. The depth of watering is essential to have proper growth of grass. Light watering does not allow the roots to develop and they remain on the surface and the grass becomes yellow.

You can apply some Epsom salt to the golf grass to ad micronutrients to the soil. This makes the golf grass lush green and very attractive. You can get Epsom salt at any pharmacy or some garden stores. Read the directions carefully before you apply it to the golf grass and follow all the necessary instructions.

Application of iron supplement is also a good idea to have a lush green golf grass. It allows the uptake of essential nutrients and thereby making the grass greener.

Another easy alternative to have a green golf grass is to go in for a synthetic golf grass. The grasses are so real that you may not notice the difference between the two. It also requires little or no maintenance and helps retain your golf grass green all round the year.
