Golf Swing

Foundation of Golf Swing:

  • The foundation of a good swing is the backward and forward movement of arms without moving the body.
  • The body responds to the movement started by the swing. The hands and club head moving from the ball. The shoulders respond by turning and allowing the hands and arm swing to progress to the top.

What We Do In a Golf Swing?

  • You should have an answer to this question all the time you are playing golf. You should have a clear idea of what you want to achieve with your golf swings. The job of a golf swing is to propel the ball from point A to point B where, it lies in the select target area. This concept is of a line from the ball to the target is called the intended line of flight.
  • The club must move squarely along the intended line of flight, if the ball should move along the indented line of flight. This should happen during the impact and if possible before and after impact.
  • It is true of every golf stroke from Putt to the Drive. You can define the job of a golf swing with this as a central idea. This can be the guiding principle while you are building a new swing. This can explain in case your swing goes off and how these conditions were not met.

You should take care to see what happens in the key area. The key area is the arc between the feet and the impact zone. This is also called as the apex of the swing and it determines the quality of the shot. If the club head remains on the intended line of flight longer, then the impact will be better. It is also called as to aim and hit the ball for A Long Time. This will bring accurate shots and can also hold the direction of the wind. This impact will to powerful and accurate shots and having a low score.

You should not just hit the golf ball, but swing it squarely along the intended line of flight through impact and beyond that.
