The Ailsa Course

- The Ailsa course, also known by the name ’Scotland’s Pebble beach’, holds the third rank in the list of world’s100 best golf courses.
- Adjoining the coastline of the Irish sea, the glorious 6440 yards course has the honour of holding the open championship thrice. 2009 British open championship will also take place on the turnberry ailsa course.
- Be prepared for a letup off the fore tees at the first three holes.
- The 5th hole, also referred by the name ‘Fin Me Oot,’ is quite sought after, thanks to the three pot bunkers and narrow entrée. ‘Tappie Toorie, or the 6th hole offers the foremost coup d’oeil of the lighthouse.
- As the tract entwines through the watery borders and dunes some of the bizarre bunkers welcome you.
- The ninth hole, ‘Bruce’s Castle’ is especially illustrious for the fabled lighthouse.

The Kintyre Course
Designed by Donald Steel, the Kintyre Course includes parts of the Bains Hill and former Arran course. There are 18 holes in all in the grand course. Out of the eighteen holes, the 9th one is considered as the signature hole on the course.
The Arran Course
The Scottish furrowed acres spread on the exciting greens of the Arran course taken to be at an equivalent level of the renowned Ailsa Course. The nine holes provide varying golfing opportunities for both an amateur player and a dextrous player.
Besides, the three courses, there’s a golf practice and teaching academy too. The Colin Montgomerie Links Golf Academy has developed amenities and teaching techniques.
